GeneralWhere can I send comments regarding a past stay at any of the Tropicana Hotels?Please send comments via our Contact Form.What time can I check in and when do I have to check out by?You can check in after 1400 and check out is by 12 noon except for the New Tiran Hotel which has check in time after 1500.Can I check in early and/or check out late?If you want to arrive early in the morning and access your room, we advise you to book the night prior to arrival. Can I book the same room as last year?Many of our clients have enjoyed their stay with us so much that they request the same room each time. We will always try our best to meet these requests but please understand that we can't always deliver as it depends on check out dates.Can you organise special events to mark a special occasion?At the Tropicana hotels we like to help you celebrate your special occasions. Just let us know at the time of booking your holiday and we will do our best to make your stay that little bit extra special.Why is my credit card needed to make a reservation?Your credit card details are required to hold the reservation at the time of booking.
